Terms & Conditions

These terms govern the purchase and use of the SavoPay POS. By placing an order, you agree to the following:

1. Orders & Payment

  • Full payment is required at checkout via our authorised payment provider (Stripe/Paystack).
  • Prices are in USD or NGN and include applicable taxes.

2. Refunds

  • Customers are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of receiving the POS.
  • Refunds are processed via the original payment method.

3. Warranty

  • The POS includes a 1-year manufacturer warranty covering defects under normal use.
  • Warranty does not cover misuse, unauthorised repairs, or accidental damage.

4. Setup & Support

  • After purchase, a SavoPay team member will contact you to set up your POS dashboard and settlement details.
  • Customers will receive a PDF setup guide and have direct access to our support team for assistance.

5. Restrictions

  • Customers cannot white-label or rebrand the POS for resale under another name.
  • The SavoPay POS and brand name are trademark protected, and any infringement will result in legal action.

6. Liability

  • SavoPay is not liable for losses due to network issues, third-party service outages, or improper device use.

7. Amendments

  • We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the POS after changes means you accept the updated terms.
