These terms govern the purchase and use of the SavoPay POS. By placing an order, you agree to the following:
1. Orders & Payment
- Full payment is required at checkout via our authorised payment provider (Stripe/Paystack).
- Prices are in USD or NGN and include applicable taxes.
2. Refunds
- Customers are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of receiving the POS.
- Refunds are processed via the original payment method.
3. Warranty
- The POS includes a 1-year manufacturer warranty covering defects under normal use.
- Warranty does not cover misuse, unauthorised repairs, or accidental damage.
4. Setup & Support
- After purchase, a SavoPay team member will contact you to set up your POS dashboard and settlement details.
- Customers will receive a PDF setup guide and have direct access to our support team for assistance.
5. Restrictions
- Customers cannot white-label or rebrand the POS for resale under another name.
- The SavoPay POS and brand name are trademark protected, and any infringement will result in legal action.
6. Liability
- SavoPay is not liable for losses due to network issues, third-party service outages, or improper device use.
7. Amendments
- We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the POS after changes means you accept the updated terms.
